The head package of the RT-2000 foor milling machine features a very welcome new feature.
1. A rubber buffer intermediate piece (segment) fitted between the lower section of the machine and the height-adjustable 2-hand guide handle guarantees a noticeable reduction in vibration intensity. This makes the floor milling machine very user-friendly to operate.
2. The machine is started by: a) lifting the milling drum b) pressing the button on themain switch.
At the same time, it is necessary to press the lower switching bar of the 2-hand guide handle to release force and current via the main switch.
Only constant pressing down guarantees proper machine operation or milling operation.
Releasing the switching bar causes an immediate and controlled interruption to operation. Such an interruption is necessary in the event of danger, accidents or technical changes during use.
This safety process – ON and OFF – controls the locking unit mounted in the guide handle with contact to the main switch. A restart is carried out by pressing a button as mentioned.
3. The depth adjustment ensures that the intended use, i.e. depth or floor removal
according to the thickness, produces the best results to the full satisfaction of the
customer
